Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to get a complete replacement of the product within the specified timelines mentioned below if it is found to be functionally defective or is not by specifications as advertised.

All the products sold through www.tagomedia.com found to be in defective and damaged condition may be returned within 48 hours of delivery; however, this is subject to the fulfilment of other requirements. Please take note of the below-mentioned points:

  • After receiving the products, it is advised you that please go through the user manual for the necessary information.
  • Those claims reached to us within 48 hours of the delivery shall only be entertained for the defective claims, and after that, all claims shall be covered under warranty.
  • You must submit all the necessary proof to substantiate that you have purchased the products from www.tagomedia.com.
  • To return the product, the customer must make sure that the product is in unused and original condition, including all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged box in which the product has been received, initial transit worthy outer packaging to pack and return, Brand retail packaging in the fresh, original condition as was received, invoice, the original packaging of the product.
  • If the product is used, it would not be eligible for return/replacement. In case we notice that the customer has returned a product that has not been purchased from www.tagomedia.com then the customer will be liable to face severe legal consequences as applicable and time being in force for such act., Any offer availed with a cart level criterion shall be reversed and debited to the refund amount whenever a partial return is requested which disqualifies the applicability of the said criterion.

Are the products covered with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all the products sold at www.tagomedia.com are 100% original and authentic products and carry the warranty stated by the manufacturer.

How do I return/refund a product purchased from www.tagomedia.com?

For Returns follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to www.tagomedia.com and check your order tab.
  • Select the item you want to return.
  • Click Return, select a reason for return along with the photo/video required and submit it for confirmation.
  • Once we get the request for the return, we will process it.
  • We will contact you or you will get a notification to initiate the pickup process after your confirmation

Note*

*If the product has been found to be used then it would not be eligible for return.

*If the product, warranty cards, freebies, product boxes etc.; for the order are to be found in a damaged condition then it will be not eligible for return

*If the product received by the customer is damaged then the same need to be checked while receiving the product from the courier and informing us of the same at the earliest. Videography for opening the package might be needed for the same purpose. 

Will there be any return charges?

If the customer is returning the product on the condition that the item received is damaged/defective condition, then there would be no extra charges involved. For any other reasons, if applicable, appropriate charges for shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer should not accept the product(s) if the packaging is in damaged/tampered condition, or the seal is broken.

My return request is being rejected. Why? In what circumstances return request may be rejected.

Sometimes it becomes impossible to return due to the following:

  • A return request is made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product sent for return is damaged because it is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • The product you ordered was custom made for you/ is a limited edition or was specially requested by you.
  • If the product has been used
  • If the items are returned without original accessories, warranty cards, original packaging, original boxes, invoice, accessories, freebies, coupons etc.
  • If the product is tampered with, not the one you received it or physically damaged. 
When will I get my refunds?

The refund shall be initiated within seven working days of receiving the product, subject to the creation being found in original condition on inspection.
